Returns
We accept returns on stocked items within 72 hours of delivery or pickup, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging with all tags attached.
No returns or refunds on Luxe Pre-Order items or any products sourced specifically to your request (size, colour, style).
How to start a return

- We will send a return address and instructions.
- Once the item is inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.
